Shipping and Returns
We offer fast and free shipping to anywhere in the United States and Europe. All items ship via Priority Mail. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
Our policy lasts 20 days on most unopened products. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are possible just for those products which are without discount. Cost of shipping is not refundable and any return cost of shipping is on the customer's responsibility to pay.
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
